Are the glass pipes durable? Each pipe is crafted from heavy wall Pyrex® glass tubing. The finished product is annealed to rid the glass of any stress induced during the working process. The pipes are very resistant to impact and thermal shock. However, glass is still glass, and will break if abused. How do I know if you shipped my package? You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped along with your tracking number. Why won't you respond to my emails? We respond promptly to each customers correspondence. Spam filtering has it's place and is useful technology, but it sometimes creates a problem, so if you have not heard back from us; please check in your junk mail filter. Do you share my personal and financial information with others? We would never share do not have access to information other than your address or email.
